XciteRC Tech advisor vehicle models and RC cars

RC Cars, also called mini cars are wireless-controlled car models in different scales with different types of drive and for various surfaces. RC Cars are either driven by a Nitro engine or a electric motor. So-called On-Road models drive on a very even surface, often on purpose-built race tracks. On-Road Cars are mostly very fast and highly detailed, nevertheless their field of application is pretty limited. The most popular scale for On-Road models is 1:10.

Off-Road Cars are more flexible and operational on nearly every surface. These RC Cars are also available in diverse scales, from very small, for example 1:32 up to bigger models on a scale of 1:5 and nearly one meter long. The smaller models 1:32, 1:24 or 1:16 are primarily electrically-operated. In comparison 1:8 and 1:5 RC Cars are also driven by Nitro engines.
